After receiving this product for review, I have been using it on a consistent basis. I add it in almost everything because of its nutrition all value.

I created a routing with this product.
I drink this every morning.
Post-workout I put some in my shake.
I made a face mask.
I make cookies with them (as you can see in the image below)
