It does wonders. Because when I was taking classes last fall and I'm writing about 4 essays a week. and trying to balance 5 course. I was stressed out. So my hair started falling out because of the stress. And I started using this product, and it grew my hair. The tower of products, i have to use them from bottom to top everytime I wash my hair. Tey have the shampoo and conditioner, but it's over $10. I'll stick to my V05 and Garnier
