(While I'm typing this, I'm listening to Asher Roth -Throw water on Em)While I was on the track and field team, I had to do 20 laps of this......non-stop. And that was just warm-ups. Oh yea. This was when we had Saturday gym. yea.......Saturday gym in high school. All because the school was closing and we needed the credit to graduate. So every Saturday, I believe for 3 months, we had to show up at the school for gym which started at 8 or 9 and ended at 12 0r 1. I don't remember.
