After receiving this product for review, I have been using it on a consistent basis. I add it in almost everything because of its nutrition all value. 

- high in fiber

-used as a detox

-increase metabolism

-Anti-aging (I don't care for)

-promotes weightloss (I don't care for)

-a natural form of laxative  (depemds on how much you use)

I absolutely  love this Pouch 2 Go product because it gives me the opportunity to create my own sauces, package it, and most importantly, travel with it. I love the concept, because it keeps our health in mind. Unlike the packaged fruit sauces that are in stores, the ability to create my own, meant that I controlled  what I did, and did not want in it, for eg, chemicals. These are a hit with children, and the process of making the saufe/packaging it, was extremely fun.

Quick hair tip.

Too much dandruff and hair loss?
Beat two eggs and add two tablespoons of water to it. Wet the your hair and apply the egg mixture over the hair. Now massage your scalp and leave the mixture on for ten to fifteen minutes. Then rinse the hair with lukewarm water. This will help keep the hair on your head and the dandruff out of it!!

QUICK MAKEUP TIP:

Moisturizer, Primer, and Oil Blocker in One! To create you own multitasking product mix a pea sized amount of Vaseline with your moisturizer. It creates a dewy finish without looking greasy. The jelly also doesn't clog pores for the molecules are too large to get into pores!

By taking just 2 colors you can instantly create your own shade. For instance, love the khaki brown color like that from Chanel, then try painting nails white first and then add ontop a layer of dark brown for a lighter brown hue! Try e.l.f.
